InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue recently opened to guests within the Avenue Bellevue complex in Bellevue, Washington. The 208-room hotel marks the brand’s debut in the Pacific Northwest.
The interior décor found its inspiration in the area’s natural beauty, with organic aesthetics and a neutral color palette. The hotel also boasts a conference center, connected to the hotel by a sky bridge, spread across two floors and boasting 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including nine rooms.

Haje Roger Thurau, general manager, InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue, said, “We welcome guests with extraordinary amenities and contemporary comforts, reflecting Bellevue’s unique charm and the brand’s legacy of luxury.”
The hotel’s views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle delight travelers. Its team of Les Clefs d’Or-certified concierges (one of only three with the certification in the region) curate guest experiences, like exclusive Woodinville Country Wine Tours, hands-on workshops with Avenue Bellevue partners, private seaplane excursions and more.
CE LA VI Bellevue, a Parisian cocktail bar and bistro, sits at the heart of the hotel and offers daily high tea, and whiskey, wines and cocktails from mixologist Marie Yoshimizu. Fresco’s breakfast menu celebrates the unique flavors of the Pacific Northwest with locally sourced ingredients.
