There is no better vacation than one where your furry best friend can come along. Kimpton Hotel Eventi recently announced a new partnership with Safe and Sound Satos to make travel with your four-legged friend a lot easier.
Kimpton Hotel Eventi’s director of pet relations, Liza, a 20-pound Boston terrier, curated welcome pet amenities and a menu complete with luxurious dog beds, bowls, tasty treats and toys available at check-in. When on duty, Liza will be around to greet dog guests and their owners upon arrival. She can also go along on walks in the neighborhood, enjoy doggie playdates and receive extra tummy rubs if your furry friend wants to make a new pal.
The hotel also partnered with Safe and Sound Satos, a New York City-based rescue that rehomes puppies and dogs found in Puerto Rico and misplaced due to hurricanes. The organization also rehomes street dogs who never experienced a loving home. Safe and Sound Satos takes care of the dogs’ veterinary examinations, initial shots and flights to bring them safely to New York City, Boston or surrounding areas to find their forever home.
Travelers who donate to the charity will receive a goodie bag containing treats, toys and a branded waste bag holder. All proceeds go to the charity. Additionally, as part of the partnership, guests can bring their pup to the hotel for no additional charge.
