If you’re looking for a good project, why not make your own beer? Brewferm is a Belgian home brew supplier that makes crafting Belgian-style drafts relatively easy. Each kit Brewferm offers comes with everything you need to safely and sanitarily ferment your own pints of beer. Ingredients are pre-measured and ready to brew. The only things you’ll need to add are sugar and water.

Brewferm got its start in 1972, when a Belgian pharmacist began selling his own blends of yeasts and brewing recipes. Eventually, Brewferm was founded and began shipping products throughout the Benelux region, before demand grew throughout Europe. Now, American home brewers can experience Brewferm’s Belgian offerings, too.

Before you can begin brewing, you’ll need a starter kit, which includes everything you’ll need for your first and subsequent brewing projects. Starter kits begin at $86 and include one or more beer mixes. Once you have the starter kit, you can begin purchasing beer mixes anytime you want to brew a new batch of beer. Beer mixes start at $30 each. After two to three weeks, you’ll have your own brews reading for tasting.

What kind of brews can you make with Brewferm? The options include Belgian ales, IPAs, saisons, stouts, blondes, pilsners and more. Each mix makes 20 to 30 pints of beer.

In addition to starter kits and brew mixes, Brewferm also offers accessories and tools home brewers might need, including bottles, bottle cleaner and carbonation drops. Gift sets are also available.
