If you’ve sailed a few times with MSC Cruises, you may have explored the various benefits you can enjoy through the cruise line’s loyalty program, MSC Voyagers Club. However, if you haven’t cruised with the line in a while, you may be surprised at some of the new loyalty program benefits and features that have just been added.
Previously, the loyalty program was split into four tiers: Classic, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Now, though, MSC Cruises has added a brand-new tier that sits above them all: MSC Voyagers Club Blue Diamond tier. Cruisers who fit this tier’s requirements enjoy priority cabin upgrades, flexible check-in times, dedicated luggage drop-off, flexible dining, free WiFi packages, free shuttle bus tickets in port, priority access to tendering, and meet-and-greets with the ship’s captain or officer.
Changes don’t only benefit MSC Cruises’ most loyal passengers, though. Now, all passengers will enjoy extended tier access, with MSC Voyagers Club membership remaining valid for not just three years but now five. This means you won’t need to cruise every three years in order to maintain your loyalty program status. You can cruise once in five years to retain membership.
Lastly, the loyalty program is now open to anyone who wants to sign up, even without a current cruise booked.
