New Initiative from Azamara Makes Cruising Even More Immersive

Azamara Cruises is already known for its immersive cruises, but an upcoming initiative, dubbed Destination Immersion Elevated, will take cruisers’ experiences to a new level. Part of the initiative will include expanding the line’s specialty cruises, as well as expanding itineraries to visit new destinations and spend more time ashore in those destinations.

On-board programming and offerings will undergo some changes, as well. Destination events will reflect cruise itineraries. Main dining venues will adjust menus to reflect destinations visited, too, with expert chefs curating offerings from their home countries, and destination beers and wines reflecting itineraries in tandem. Destination speakers will host Stories Under the Stars events, regaling cruisers on the pool deck with folk tales from the local culture.
