If you’re in the throes of wedding planning, you may have considered a destination wedding, but have you considered planning a Disney destination wedding? Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, the arm of the brand that basically manages all on-site wedding experiences, has a lot of new offerings in the works for brides and grooms planning a 2022 or later wedding.
A new wedding venue at Walt Disney World, La Place de Remy, is now available in the new and remodeled France Pavilion at EPCOT. With a French theme and a nod to Ratatouille, the outdoor venue features a large fountain at its center and a Ratatouille marquee.
If you dream of a destination wedding that takes you across international waters, you might want to head to Disneyland Paris, where an updated wedding offering is the new Disney Fairy Tale Carriage. Created with more than 13,000 Swarovski crystals and 2,000 golden leaves, it’s truly worthy of any fairytale wedding and beats arriving at your ceremony in a limo any day.
You can also now book a cruise wedding on Disney Cruise Line, with a new wedding venue aboard Disney Wish. The ship sets sail for the first time in June and the new venue, the Grand Hall, features fairytale-fit decor reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast.
And, lastly, if you’re still in the market for a wedding gown, make sure to check out Allure Bridal’s 2022 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection and the 2022 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Platinum Collection, which include bridal gowns inspired by Disney princesses Jasmine, Snow White, Ariel, Cinderella, Tiana, Aurora, Pocahontas and Rapunzel.
