Noble House Hotels & Resorts announced expansion plans for its Great Plates Expedition culinary series this year, following a successful debut in 2025. The multi-property culinary experience showcases destination-focused programming led by renowned chefs.
The 2026 series kicks off in Los Cabos, Mexico, at Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, June 25–28. Led by chef Adam Glick, the program highlights the region’s fishing culture, with ocean-to-table offerings alongside demonstrations and multicourse meals.

The Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, Washington, hosts the next event Aug. 12–14. The 2026 series concludes in San Diego, California, at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, Oct. 9–11. Specific details for these two programs are forthcoming.
“The Great Plates Expedition is about more than just dining; it’s about creating meaningful connections, to the destination, to the ingredients, and to each other,” said Scott Colee, chief marketing officer, Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “By bringing Great Plates to our other standout properties, we’re continuing to build on that vision, bringing guests deeper into the story of each location through immersive, chef-driven experiences.”
