In time for New York City’s Broadway Week, LUMA Hotel Times Square just debuted a Broadway concierge, the first of its kind. This unique experience gives guests a V.I.P. theater experience, complete with advice and insider access from Broadway expert Laura Heywood.

Heywood is the face behind @BroadwaysGirlNYC on Instagram, and she will provide guests with a pre-stay phone consultation on all things Broadway to maximize guests’ experience.
With this experience, you’ll also receive a 20 percent discount on tickets to Roundabout Theatre Company’s world-class shows, including the upcoming show English. This experience also includes deluxe accommodations and a three-course, pre-theater dinner at on-site AperiBar by Chef Charlie Palmer.

Upon arrival, guests receive a customized, Broadway-themed gift provided by Heywood based on the one-on-one consultation. Available year-round, the Broadway Concierge experience can also be added onto existing reservations at LUMA Hotel Times Square. The experience is available as part of the hotel’s GLOW Concierge program and can be booked via email or through LUMA’s new app.
