Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa announces the return of its 10th Annual Fish to Fork festival, April 16–19. The newly renovated resort promises an unforgettable weekend of exceptional food, friendly competition and coastal charm. To celebrate the decade milestone, some of guests’ favorite chefs from the past nine events will return.
Fish to Fork has become one of the Southeast’s most anticipated culinary events, offering an immersive dock-to-dish experience with some of the nation’s most talented chefs. This year’s lineup includes Chef Carlos Raba from Baltimore’s Clavel; Chef Cesar Zapata, Phuc Yea, in Miami; Chef Joey Ward of both Southern Belle and Georgia Boy, Atlanta; Chef Kathleen Blake from the Taste & Theory Division of Aimbridge Hospitality and based in Texas; Moon Rabbit’s Chef Kevin Tien, from Washington, D.C.; the resort’s own Chef Omar Collazo; Chef Sam Jones from Hudson Local and Hudson Vu in New York City; and Chef Shuai Wang of Charleston’s King BBQ and Jackrabbit Filly.
The weekend’s itinerary is full of events and activities:
- Chef’s Welcome Dinner on Thursday, April 16
- Chef’s Fishing Excursions on Friday, April 17
- Omni Amelia Island Dinner on Friday, April 17
- The Sprouting Project Lunch on Saturday, April 18
- The Main Event on Saturday, April 18
The VIP Package, available April 16–19, includes three-night accommodations, exclusive access to all weekend events and reserved seating for two for the Main Event. The Weekend Package, valid starting April 17, is inclusive of two nights’ accommodations, Friday evening and Saturday dining experiences, and two tickets to the Main Event, while the Main Event Package includes one night of accommodations and two tickets to the Main Event.
