Only YOU Hotels Debuts in New York City

The very first Only YOU hotel in the United States is set to open later this year in Manhattan. A Palladium Hotel Group brand, Only YOU hotels can currently be found in a handful of cities throughout Spain, with additional future openings planned for properties in Ibiza and Venice.

Located within easy walking distance of Times Square and Broadway, the property will appeal to both leisure and business travelers with its 138 modern and sophisticated guestrooms. The brand’s hotels aim to reflect their destination, while establishing a reliable sense of hospitality across the portfolio. When it opens, Only YOU Hotel New York will also offer a restaurant, cocktail bar and private meeting spaces.
