How often do you find yourself needing to print something while you’re on the road? From boarding passes to visa applications, there always seems to be something to print. With the PrinCube portable printer you never have to hunt down a computer again.
The PrinCube is a sleekly designed mini printer that fits in your palm. The handheld device offers full control printing and is able to print on any material – paper, leather and even metal all work. You can even use it to — temporarily — tattoo your own skin! Set up takes just seconds and it works with the press of a button. The PrinCube prints in single lines, so it admittedly can take awhile for longer documents. But if you’re on the go it’s great to have on you in a bind. It has a print volume of up to 415 pages.
Once you’ve uploaded a pattern or document of text to the PrinCube from your mobile device, you simply slide it across a surface to transfer the ink. A single charge of the battery offers up to six hours of printing time and one year of standby. It also boasts 20 times more memory than other mobile printers.
The PrinCube comes at a steep price for such a small device. It retails for $199. However, that’s a small price to pay for such convenience for a busy traveler. The portable printer is set to ship this year, so check out the website for more information on features and how to order.
