EverNote

Organize your notes with EverNote. The free app allows you to take notes, save screenshots and web clippings, record audio notes, create to-do lists with checkboxes and comment on images. Premium and business plans are also available.

 

TimeTree 

TimeTree is ideal for managing multiple calendars together. Whether it’s a business or personal partner, you’re able to share and sync calendars for maximum productivity and organization. You can share tasks, memos, appointments and receive notifications about important events. The app is free.

 

ToDoist

This free app works as a list-maker and calendar combined. You can organize and prioritize tasks. Share personal or work projects with your collaborators. When you set daily or weekly goals, you can track your progress with an overview of achievements. Premium and business accounts are available.

 

Toggl 

Toggl is a time-tracking app that allows you to calculate your time spent on a variety of activities or projects. It syncs with your devices so you can use it on your phone, laptop or tablet. For work needs, you can track billable hours. The basic version is free, with starter and premium options available for a fee.

 

Trello 

Trello is a free list-making app featuring boards, lists and cards for seeing a project through to completion. The app can be used for work or personal projects. Two different business plans are available.
