As someone who uses backpacks for myriad reasons, I do a lot of forcing it to make it work for different purposes. It is usually a work bag, but sometimes work takes me to the office, other times to an event and, sometimes, clear across the country or world.
The Wolffepack Modula recently reached its funding goal on Kickstarter. This backpack is like many others save for the fact it has built-in modules that allow users to change the configuration of the backpack on an as-needed basis.
Three separate modules will be for sale once the backpack launches. A laptop sleeve, technology pouch and organizer pod give users more control over their backpack. The bag’s base design even comes with features that make access to the bag from the front easy, meaning users can access their modules and gear without ever taking the bag off.
It’s true the modules take up a good deal of space inside the bag, but the beauty of the system is they can all be removed if you don’t need to bring your laptop, technology or other small pieces with you.
The bag will be available in April at four different levels. Customers can buy a bundle with all of the modules; just the bag; the bag and one or two of the modules; and a cheaper bag with no front access.
