Unfortunately, renting a yacht is still something only wealthy travelers can afford to do. The price has come down in recent years, but, for many trying to get more for their money, renting a boat would be a better option. Chartering a yacht for a specific period of time means paying for the yacht expenses as well as the crew. This is the reason it’s an expensive activity. An average yacht charter can start at $15,000 and go as high as $50,000. That being said, for those who can afford this experience, it is a wonderful way to travel and see the world.

Yachts come with stately rooms and luxurious decorations. They vary in size, but generally the bigger the yacht, the more it costs. For a first-time yacht renter, a smaller size is easier to enjoy and to understand. The most important part of charting a yacht is to pick the right broker. Feel free to shop around and compare prices and services. The right broker is going to make any trip spectacular. It should be possible to rely on a broker for putting together the entire trip, from the size of the yacht to the destinations visited.

There are many helpful sites for those looking to charter a yacht. The internet is a great resource for finding out more information and picking a line or broker. A site like Yacht Charter Fleet is perfect for browsing and choosing a yacht. It’s almost like an Expedia for yachts.

Top Lightweight Coats for Spring

As spring comes around in full force, people opt for a lighter coat that can protect them from the wind and rain of the season. In the beginning, there are still cold days to get through, but, as the weather shifts, it becomes more unpredictable with bouts of rain and sunshine. This unpredictable weather can make it hard to know how to dress properly, but it’s always a safe bet to own a couple light and versatile jackets to get through the season. Lightweight coats don’t need to be expensive to be effective. Many buyers will opt to buy less expensive coats because they don’t get used often. However, any coat purchased for spring weather will also be useful in the fall.

Leave Troublesome Rideshare Worries Behind

We can see it now and remember when it happened to us: Watching as the black car icon loops around and around, seemingly endlessly, and our wait time on the rideshare app continually changes. Long wait times and confused drivers are just a few bothersome issues that can nag at rideshare users. Need a solution? Ditch rideshares altogether in favor of renting a car on your next trip.

Enjoy the Open Road on Your Terms

For most of us, time in the car is “me time.” You can listen to that podcast you’re captivated by, blast that pop song and sing along at the top of your lungs or listen to the next chapter in that biography e-book you’re almost finished. A road trip only amplifies those opportunities. So, next time you’re traveling by road, take the wheel and take control. Opt for a rental car on your next vacation, rather than a rideshare, taxi or public transportation, and enjoy the open road on your own terms.

Traditional Irish Food

Contrary to popular belief, corned beef and cabbage is not a traditional Irish meal. This was what the Irish in America ate because it was all they could afford at the time. From this, it evolved into the staple meal of Irish holidays like St. Patrick’s Day. While it is still a great meal to eat and is relevant, for those looking to have an authentic Irish feast, there are some more traditional dishes.
