Rosewood Bermuda recently celebrated the opening of Mirador, a new waterfront bar in partnership with Patrón Tequila, available exclusively for resort guests and members.
Overlooking the turquoise waters of Castle Harbour, the new waterfront venue pairs ocean views with Mexican-inspired flavors, handcrafted cocktails and Rosewood Bermuda’s exclusive Patrón Añejo Barrel selection.
Capturing the spirit of island living, Mirador welcomes guests midday through sunset with a menu of coastal fare and elevated cocktails. The name is the Spanish word for “lookout point,” apropos for the venue where hospitality meets breathtaking scenery.

Rosewood Bermuda’s exclusive Patrón Añejo Barrel is at the heart of its cocktail program. The property was selected as part of Patrón’s private barrel program and selected a unique Añejo expression tailored specifically to the property. This distinctive tequila profile is unavailable anywhere else. The spirit serves as the foundation for a collection of signature cocktails created exclusively for Mirador.
Bar supervisor Israel (Izzy) Bennett leads the cocktail program, highlighting the complexity and character of the property’s Patrón barrel selection. A dedicated head mixologist will join Bennett to further evolve Mirador’s beverage offerings. Signature cocktails include the Rosewood Tequila Old Fashioned; the Peppery Pomelo, featuring Patrón Silver, pink grapefruit, fresh jalapeño and lime; and the Patrón Margarita Tree Flight, an interactive tasting experience showcasing a selection of four margaritas. Additional offerings include wines, beers and seasonal cocktails.
Mirador’s culinary program, crafted by executive chef Danny Khajekian, features shareable bites, fresh seafood offerings and seasonal specialties — all designed to complement the cocktail experience. Enjoy signature dishes like the mixed seafood cóctel, with wild Mexican shrimp, octopus and bay scallops; tuna tostada; and the barbacoa torta layered with Oaxacan cheese, refried beans and an assortment of toppings in a traditional Mexican bolillo roll.
Mirador is open daily, 12–8 p.m.
