Royal Caribbean Group encompasses Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea and, now, thanks to a new offering called Points Choice, if you happen to sail with any of these three brands, you can earn and spend loyalty points across them with greater flexibility.
Points Choice connects Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club and Silversea’s Venetian Society. While Royal Caribbean Group already offered status matching across the three loyalty programs, Points Choice takes things further. It allows members to apply earned points to whichever of the loyalty programs they prefer.
“Points Choice is designed with our guests at the center,” said Jason Liberty, chairman and CEO, Royal Caribbean Group. “Our guests are exploring more of our brands than ever before, and we believe our loyalty experience should grow with them. Points Choice gives every guest the power to direct their loyalty points within our family of brands where they will have the biggest impact for them.”
Royal Caribbean noted Points Choice, alongside the previously introduced status matching option, is part of an effort to build long-term relationships with cruisers, regardless of how guests choose to travel at any point in their lives.
