If you considered joining JetBlue’s loyalty program, TrueBlue, in the past, but decided it wasn’t for you, you might want to reconsider. The airline plans to revamp the program with new benefits and perks.
New features include Tiles, which track members’ progress toward Mosaic status; customizable perks to reward TrueBlue members without Mosaic status; multiple levels of Mosaic status; combined spend counts on all JetBlue credit cards; and new perks for cardholders.
Now, with every 10 Tiles TrueBlue members earn, they can redeem them for benefits such as priority boarding, free alcoholic beverages during flights or access to expedited security. Once a customer reaches 50 Tiles, they’ll receive Mosaic 1 status, which comes with additional perks. Mosaic 2 status comes at 100 Tiles earned, Mosaic 3 status at 150 Tiles earned, and Mosaic 4 status at 250 Tiles earned.
“We’re rolling out a bigger, better, bluer TrueBlue program this spring that’s designed to meet the needs — and exceed the expectations — of more customers, whether they travel once a week, or just once in a while,” said Jayne O’Brien, head of marketing and loyalty, JetBlue. “No two travelers are alike, which is why we’ve redesigned TrueBlue to let customers customize their perks as they soar toward Mosaic status, choosing the ones that are most valuable to them along the way.”
The program goes live spring 2023.
