Heart of Azamara Recipe
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce fresh strawberry puree
- ¾ ounces fresh-squeezed lime
- ½ ounces Galliano
- Hint of absinthe
- 1¼ ounces passionfruit nectar juice
- Strawberry garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for about 20 seconds. Spray absinthe in a martini glass, then strain the rest of the ingredients into the glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
