With summer and warmer weather rolling in, it’s time to start planning your day, weekend or week-long trip to the beach!
Beach Towel
Even if you don’t go in the ocean, a beach towel can still be useful for a day at the beach. You can lay one on the ground to tan, use it as a shield to hide from the seagulls while snacking and much more. There are many different types of beach towels out there, so pick the right one for you.
Water
If you plan on spending a day at the beach, make sure to bring plenty of water. It is important to keep hydrated while hanging out in the sun all day!
Sunscreen
Forgetting sunscreen is a huge mistake for a beach day. Even if you apply it before leaving for the beach, you still need to reapply throughout the day!
Book/Magazines
There is nothing like spending the day with a book at the beach. Sit back and relax while diving deep into a good book! If books aren’t your thing, grab a couple different magazines to entertain yourself.
Snacks
Last but not least, don’t forget some finger foods to snack on while at the beach. Grab your favorite chips, fruit, veggies and candies — but make sure to be sneaky about it so the seagulls don’t take it from you.
