If you agree “every day is a pawty,” chances are you love your dog almost as much as the wife and husband team behind The Bear and The Rat, a frozen treat brand for pups (now with some treats for kitties, too). The Bear is a Lhasa Apso with a penchant for growling like a bear, and The Rat is his adoptive rat terrier brother, and both are big fans of the made-for-dogs frozen yogurt treats bearing their faces. Unlike human ice cream, which has far too much sugar for animals and is packed with chemicals and other ingredients they (and probably you) shouldn’t eat, the all-natural ingredients in the Cool Treats for Dogs line are specially chosen for dog safety and dog health.

Frozen yogurt cups are currently available in bacon and peanut butter, banana and peanut butter, and pumpkin and cinnamon (dogs can get into seasonal celebrations, too!). Because of the prebiotics and digestive enzymes in each cup, these treats aren’t just fun and delicious, but they promote healthier digestion with less gas and better . . . poo, making them more of a guilt-free treat for your best four-legged friend.

Because these Cool Treats for Dogs are frozen snacks, they’re also ideal for traveling pups taking road trips or going for particularly long adventures in warm weather. Dogs don’t just love the flavor, but they’re entertained by the snacks and kept cool by the constant licks of the cold treats. And there’s good news for cat paw-rents, too: The Bear and The Rat recently released a line of frozen goat milk yogurt designed for both dogs and cats. They’re available in both regular and coconut flavors.

Best Museums in Amsterdam

Amsterdam has a fascinating history and many museums to tell the story. Here are some of the most interesting museums to pop into on a rainy afternoon.

Enjoy the Open Road on Your Terms

For most of us, time in the car is “me time.” You can listen to that podcast you’re captivated by, blast that pop song and sing along at the top of your lungs or listen to the next chapter in that biography e-book you’re almost finished. A road trip only amplifies those opportunities. So, next time you’re traveling by road, take the wheel and take control. Opt for a rental car on your next vacation, rather than a rideshare, taxi or public transportation, and enjoy the open road on your own terms.

Spain’s Renfe Talgo High-Speed Train

Europe is known for its high-speed train travel, a mode of transportation that can take you across the continent in a flash. In Spain, Renfe’s “Talgo” can propel you across the country with speeds between 99 to 124 mph. The Taglo train can cut your transit time almost in half; for example, traveling from Barcelona to Valencia by car or bus can take up to six hours, but a seat onboard the Talgo train can reduce this travel time to 3.5 hours.
