New York City’s The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel recently debuted its Royal Reflection Wellness Spa, following the hotel’s complete transformation that was unveiled late last year.

“We are delighted to offer the ability to relax and unwind with personalized treatments at our new spa,” said Simon Chapman, complex general manager, The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel. “With this addition to the property, coupled with our Rest and Renew Sleep Program, we invite guests to find true tranquility during their stay with us.”
A plethora of treatments await spa-goers, including body treatments, skincare and beauty rituals, massages, facials, acupuncture, body scrubs, eyelash extensions and more. Guests can also opt for in-room massages. Therapists blend traditional techniques with contemporary practices, and all treatments can be tailored to each guest.

To celebrate the spa’s opening, the Tranquil Spa Retreat offer includes a $125 spa gift card to use toward treatments and a complimentary sleep mask.
In September 2024, The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel debuted the initial phase of its reimagination, including a refreshed lobby, a renovation of all 209 guestrooms and the introduction of the Beverly Suite. Its Rest & Renew Sleep program, created with Dr. Rebecca Robbins, includes a curated pillow menu, a meditation cushion, a Loftie Alarm Clock, a Loftie Night Light and a Nodpod Body Weighted Blanket.
