We arrived to The Water Club Hotel at the Borgata, parked our car using the valet and made our way to the lobby to check-in. The property is steps away from the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The check-in process was speedy and we were on our way to our room on the 30th floor in no time. Our king room featured standard amenities plus complimentary WiFi, robes and multiple seating options. The large bathroom featured a walk-in shower with both a standard and rainfall showerhead.
We stayed at the property to attend the annual food and wine festival, Savor Borgata. Walking from our room to the event at the Borgata was incredibly convenient. Guests have easy access to the amenities at the Borgata, including its numerous restaurants and bars, event space, casino and nightlife.
The Water Club boasts seven pools, both indoor and outdoor. Though they looked amazing, we didn’t have time to utilize any during our stay. We did visit the fitness center. Located on the 33rd floor, it boasts amazing views of the city and ocean. The property’s two-story spa is also located on the 32nd and 33rd floors.
The in-room dining menus were crafted by celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian, offering imaginative and refined cuisine without having to leave your room. We decided to take advantage of the in-room dining for breakfast the first morning of our stay. We each ordered eggs, which came with rosemary home fries, salad and grilled country bread. Our meal arrived quicker than the projected 30 minutes we were told. Everything was perfectly prepared and was one of the best room service breakfasts I’ve experienced.
The service, amenities and accommodations make for a memorable stay at The Water Club.
