The world’s top on-time airline is Garuda Indonesia, the national airline of Indonesia, which arrived on time 91.6 percent of the time. Second place went to Fuji Dream Airlines, followed by Copa Airlines (Panama).

In the United States, the top-ranking airline was Hawaiian Airlines with an on-time arrival percentage of 87.8 percent and an award of five stars. Rounding out the top five were Delta Airlines (83.4 percent), Alaska Airlines (80.7 percent), Spirit Airlines (80.4 percent) and Cape Air (79.9 percent).

The largest jump in the rankings also went to Cape Air, which moved from 11th place in 2018 to fifth place in 2019. Based in Massachusetts, the airline serves Boston and Cape Cod, as well as regional flights in the Caribbean, Midwest and Montana.
