Sure, Elvis Presley’s 90th birthday celebration may currently be in full swing, but if you missed the King’s big day, don’t worry. There’s plenty more to do, see and experience in Tennessee this year, no matter what part of the state you visit.

For more Elvis goodness, check out the new Elvis 90 for 90 Exhibit at Graceland. The exhibit will be up all through 2025.

For families, there’s lots to love, with new thrills for the young and young at heart. In popular, adjacent vacation destinations Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, catch Ober Mountain’s new Cloud Catcher Zipline, as well as the new Crayola Experience and Nerf Action Experience. In Chattanooga, check out Chattanooga Zoo’s brand-new Cape of Africa exhibit.

Nashville is getting a ton of new hotels in 2025, including Holiday Inn Nashville AirportThe Chloe NashvilleHilton Garden Inn Nashville Opryland and Caption by Hyatt Nashville. In Memphis, historic property Hotel Pontotoc receives new life as a boutique hotel.

It’s not just Elvis celebrating a big milestone birthday, though. In September, Memphis’s BB King’s Blues Club celebrates BB King’s 100th birthday. In Nashville, Grand Ole Opry celebrates Opry 100. Dollywood Parks & Resorts celebrates 40 years in business this year, as well.
