To choose just five breweries in Denver, Colorado, seems a near impossible challenge considering the vast number of them. Depending on your interest and brew style, you’re going to have a tough time choosing.

Trivoli Brewing Company

Located on the downtown beer trail, Trivoli is the oldest brewery in Colorado. The historic stop opened in 1859 and was a local watering hole for gold rush pioneers. Grab a beer in a great location — surrounded by Larimer Squar,e filled with shopping, music venues and dining options — and drink like a local from the 1800s.


Epic Brewing

Over in the trendy, art-centric RiNo district, Epic Brewing offers a rotating tap of 25 beers at a time. This is an easy stop with a group as you’re bound to find something for everyone.
