If you’re not a fan of the book, extra exercises are located on the television in on-demand fitness videos. The in-room dining menu also includes plenty of options that are nutrient-rich and healthful.

The brand’s StayFit program has it all. Order in-room yoga workouts from the television or get other exercise equipment and guidance from the property’s fitness concierge. They’re sure to be able to rustle up just about anything you could need. This brand also will give you advice as to where to run around the neighborhood, so you can see the sights while getting in your steps.
