Another spot easy to reach by train from London, New Forest is home to great nature, walking trails and even wild horses. Book a cottage for a few days to really get away from it all.
This Lancashire town is classically Victorian in style and has wonderful beaches, shopping and a golf course. It’s a quintessentially British summer destination that’s great for those who want to see how the Victorians developed coastal areas of the country.
