UniLid offers an alternative to plastic wrap that you can take on your travels. Eating out can cost a small fortune, but with this storage companion you can cook meals at home and take them on the road — all without worrying about a spill.

The storage lid is made with environmentally friendly silicone that fits to just about any container. It wraps snugly around Tupperware, jars, pots and glass bowls. It conforms to any shape, whether circle or square, for an airtight fit. Its versatility allows for multiple uses and is great for storing both food and crafts. It’s also easy to clean.

The UniLid is freezer, microwave and oven safe. It’s also stain-resistant and doesn’t absorb odors. It comes with a handy dial that lets you track how long food has been in the fridge. When not in use the compact design makes it easy to carry or you can store it on its own silicone loop.

UniLid comes in a variety of colors and each set contains a varying degree of sizes, ranging from small enough for a Coke can to large enough for your favorite pot. It’s also extremely affordable. One base set costs just $17. You can also order an optional bamboo hook to store it on while you’re at home.

The UniLid has already begun shipping. Check out the website for more information on features and ways to order.
