Universal Studios Orlando Reveals Official Food, Drink Menus for 2026 Halloween Horror Nights

One of fall’s most anticipated events, Halloween Horror Nights, is officially underway, and, with it, its renowned food and drink menus themed after various franchises and haunted houses. Universal Studios Orlando unveiled the different dishes and drinks to appear this year.

So, what can you expect?

Stranger Things

At the Stranger Things booth, you’ll find El’s Battery Jerky, featuring creamy mac n’ cheese with garlic bread and jerk pieces; Upside Down Chicken & Waffles, a cheese and potato waffle with chicken bites, sriracha aioli and chopped chives; Steve’s Smuggled Peanut Butter Bites, chocolate-covered peanut butter snacks; and Hopper’s Recharger, featuring mandarin orange vodka, yuzu juice, Powerade Lemon Lime and Monster Energy Zero Ultra.

Sinners

The popular 2025 film is celebrated with Annie’s Juke Joint Catfish & Grits; Chow’s Southern BBQ Eggrolls with cabbage; Pecan & Whiskey Bread Pudding, a warm bread pudding with a pecan and whiskey caramel sauce; and Slide Guitar Smash, a concoction of corn whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup, simple syrup and mint essence.

Hellraiser

Indulge in Pinhead’s Skin & Meatballs, featuring torn pasta, spicy pork and beef chunks with marinara; Skin & Chips Nachos, a dish with crispy pork rinds served with Tostitos cheese sauce and peppered jerky; Pleasure & Pain Brain, a brain-shaped custard with ripped teeth and skin vanilla cake pieces and strawberry sauce; and Cenobite’s Kiss, a tequila-based cocktail with lemon juice, lime juice, huckleberry syrup and Liquid Heat bitters.

Evil Dead Burn

Don’t miss the Severed & Smoked Chicken dusted in Szechuan spice; Lasagna Burn, a Szechuan pork potsticker lasagna; and Frostbite, made with tequila, DeKuyper blue curacao, lime juice, simple syrup and Liquid Heat Bitters.

Ozzy Osbourne

Honor the late rock star with drinks like Black Rain, a tequila-centric drink with ruby port, cold brew concentrate and agave syrup; Bat-Tea, crafted with vodka, lime juice, unsweetened tea, grenadine and ginger beer; and Ultimate Sin-Amon, a bold Fireball cinnamon whisky drink with lemon juice, apple juice, spiced brown sugar syrup and red beet powder.

Halloween Horror Nights’ signature drink, Phantom Punch, can be found at multiple booths throughout the park. This drink features lemon vodka, triple sec, lime juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, dragon fruit syrup and simple syrup.
