W San Francisco recently announced the return of its Buzz & Brunch, a rooftop beekeeping and culinary experience combining immersive education, hyper-local ingredients and skyline views. Guests suit up with an expert beekeeper, visit active rooftop hives and then enjoy a chef-curated brunch featuring fresh honey harvested just steps away.

Expert beekeeper Roger Garrison offers an up-close look at the inner workings of the hive and details how urban beekeeping plays a vital role in supporting biodiversity within the city.

The fixed-price brunch delivers fresh, locally inspired dishes and cocktails infused with honey harvested right from the hives for a true rooftop-to-table experience.
This marks the second season of Buzz & Brunch, which is part of the hotel’s broader efforts to integrate sustainability. As a playful and eco-conscious finishing touch, each brunch menu is printed on seed paper embedded with wildflowers, allowing guests to take the experience home and continue their support of pollinators.
Buzz & Brunch is offered every Thursday–Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Group bookings are available starting in September. Reservations and more details can be found here.
