The island welcomes two new properties this year. The Pyrmont Curacao, an Autograph Collection, is the first Marriott all-inclusive property, as well as the first Autograph Collection property for Curaçao. If you’re planning a trip for later this year, book a stay at TUI BLUE Curacao, slated to open in September.
If your travel dates don’t align with those properties’ openings, you might also consider Curacao Marriott Beach Resort, now home to the island’s first American-style steakhouse, or Papagayo Beach Resort, which now boasts the largest spa on the island.
As for how to spend your days, head to Christoffel National Park, where you can newly book a private rock-climbing excursion or horseback riding expedition. You can also visit Curaçao’s newest national park, Seru Largu National Park, for a sustainability-focused kayak tour and coastal conservation planting session. Blue Finn Charters, meanwhile, now offers Jeep beach hopping excursions, as well as a new four-hour guided city tour of the historic Punda district.
