Vermont’s Om Festival is billed as the premiere yoga and wellness festival in New England. In its third year, this festival takes place over five days, July 23–27, in Arlington, Vermont.

So, what should you expect if you decide to drop in?

The festival offers a full lineup of wellness-focused activities taking advantage of Vermont’s gorgeous summer landscape. Choose to attend some of the more than 100 classes and workshops offered. Take a guided hike or walk. Visit the vendor village or sign up for a farm-to-table dinner or wine, cheese or chocolate tasting.

You can sign up for a five-day, all-access pass for $499, or a three-day pass starting at $399. Day passes and music-only passes are also available. Kids 12 and under can attend the family-friendly event for free.

Can’t make Om Festival but still want to experience a similar vibe without waiting for next summer? Sign up to attend the Omtober Yoga Hiking Retreat, held in the same space, Oct. 3–5. This retreat is a more intimate experience, and you can choose to stay all weekend long, or visit for just one day, with ticket prices starting at $35.
