The U.K.-based, independent Medicine Festival kicks off again this year in Wasing Park, Berkshire, Aug. 12–17. The event combines art, music, activism and more, with the 2026 theme of Walking Together.

Each year, Medicine Festival attracts thousands of attendees (with a record of more than 10,000), all who are drawn to the welcoming environment that invites them to explore new lifestyles and connection. On the docket this August, expect yoga, music, Indigenous teachings and talks, as well as plenty of opportunities for wellbeing experiences across Wasing Estate. Go wild lake swimming, sit in the sauna or sweat lodge, and dine on plant-based cuisine and street food. Medicine Festival is a fully alcohol-free event.
For 2026, Medicine Festival also reiterated its commitment to LGBTQIA+ representation, with expanded programming and dedicated queer spaces. It also continues to center Indigenous voices by providing them with a platform, preserving Indigenous traditions and raising funds for Indigenous organizations.

All the while, supporting Medicine Festival means supporting other good causes, too, with the organization donating to grassroots, environmental and Indigenous initiatives such as BOA Foundation, Amazon Watch and Survival International.
Tickets start at approximately $447.
