Staying fit on the road can be a challenge, but not if you’ve got a Yoga Flexer in your luggage.
This nifty bit of kit is, in fact, five training tools in one, including a yoga mat, a weighted bar, a massage roller, resistance bands and weighted handles. The mat rolls up around the weighted bar, which has resistance bands and weighted handles attached. It’s genius.
On top of that, the Yoga Flexer is great for all ages and levels of fitness. You can use it for Pilates, cardio and strength training, as well as physical therapy. As is often the case these days, there is an accompanying mobile app which helps you to train with expert guides, training videos and a progress tracker.
The package weighs 10 pounds, which means it will add noticeable weight to your pack. The mat is 24 inches wide, so it will fit into large backpacks with ease. If you’re serious about staying fit on the road, it’s worth sacrificing the space.
At $89, the Yoga Flexer isn’t cheap, but it packs a lot in for the money. On balance, the equipment and the mobile app seem to offer good value.
