Planning an Upstate New York getaway this season? Consider these three new or recently upgraded hotels for your stay.

The Henson

The Henson is a boutique (very boutique) property in the Catskills with just less than 20 guestrooms. However, despite its small size, this inn makes a big impact, with cozy guestrooms with Juliet balconies, larger rooms with double rainfall showers and suites. The broader property includes a library and roof deck with mountain views.

Brookmere Saratoga

Opened just last week, Brookmere Saratoga near Saratoga Springs offers modern luxury in a convenient locale with a contemporary feel. The on-site spa is open to the public, and the property includes 10 acres of wetlands open to guests, as well as a restaurant.

La Tourelle Hotel, Bistro and Spa

This Finger Lakes property may not be brand-new, but it is finishing up some renovations for an unveiling in March. The Ithaca hotel has undergone updates to its public spaces, and it continues to provide excellent access to nearby attractions such as Buttermilk Falls State Park. Renovations will continue in 2025, with a new restaurant and bar planned.
