Tacology is a culinary pop-up celebrating the bold, soulful traditions of the Mexican taco culture. Tacology is opening as part of the resort’s summer offerings and is included in the nightly rate. The new pop-up was created by Chef Nahum Velasco, creative gastronomic director of the resort.
