A New Four Seasons Property Planned for Sevilla

Four Seasons plans to open a new property in Sevilla, Spain. Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will be situated in a central location and historic building, with easy access to the city’s UNESCO World Heritage sites. The property is made possible in part thanks to a collaboration with Spanish real estate investment firm Blasson.

When it’s ready to welcome travelers, the property will offer around 55 guestrooms (including a presidential suite), with features including terraces and skyline views. Room sizes are planned to range from 430 to 1,260 square feet. The mid-20^th-century structure will be fully renovated before opening. Additionally, the hotel will encompass a street-level restaurant, rooftop restaurant and bar, lounge, spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool with views.
