The property will offer just fewer than 80 residences and beachfront villas, with a focus on indoor-outdoor living. Situated on North Caicos, the development will also include a private marina, full-service Anantara spa utilizing native ingredients, astronomical observatory, fitness center, yoga studios, multiple pools, water sports center, and padel and pickleball courts. Restaurants will utilize on-site gardens and include a rooftop bar and wine cellar.
“Very few destinations offer the convenient access to both the serenity, and extraordinary turquoise water, beaches and natural beauty that have made Providenciales globally renowned. The preserved shores of North Caicos and its people bring an even greater sense of both calm and joy…. We are creating an investment opportunity that feels deeply connected to the type of life well lived we all aspire to,” commented Caroline Domange, CEO, Octans, and co-founder, Cheval Blanc for LVMH, part of the project’s ownership team.

Once opened, the resort will be accessible via private boat transfer for travelers flying into Providenciales (PLS); flying into North Caicos Airport will also be an option for those on private flights.
