A new, open-air dining destination has opened in New York City: Dahlia’s Garden & Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad captures the bold spirit and fleeting beauty of its namesake flower. Perched high above NoMad, the terrace sets the scene for a lush, transportive escape, with vibrant design, golden-hour energy and a sense of occasion from arrival to last sip.

The culinary program emphasizes seasonality, utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients in bright, layered flavors and elevated, shareable plates. The fixed-price menu boasts dishes such as tuna, avocado and yuzu rolls; oysters topped with Champagne mignonette and caviar; duck arepas with port sauce; roasted figs with pistachio, honey and goat cheese; octopus ceviche with mango salsa and plantain chips; peach, goat cheese and prosciutto crostini; and miso soy-cured caviar toast, ending on a playful note with signature honey soft serve.
The cocktail menu also impresses, featuring garden-inspired creations that mirror the terrace’s vivid, sun-drenched atmosphere. Highlights include the Lavender Chartreuse Freeze, Mezcal Garden, Blue Time, Dahlia Hugo and Golden Hour, all balancing floral, citrus and herbaceous notes.
