Delano Miami Beach, Paris Society Partner for Culinary Concepts

Delano Miami Beach will officially reopen its doors in preview in March 2026, unveiling an extraordinary transformation with world-renowned culinary concepts at its core.

The new culinary concepts are in collaboration with Paris Society, marking the hospitality group’s first venture into the American market. Since its founding in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, Paris Society has become a powerhouse in the hospitality industry with a growing portfolio of more than 70 venues, from restaurants, clubs and hotels to event spaces.

Luxurious Italian favorite Gigi Rigolatto and World’s 50 Best-listed Mimi Kakushi will open at the newly renovated Delano.

Gigi Rigolatto comes to Miami after Paris, St. Tropez, Rome, Dubai and Bodrum. Gigi’s is a masterclass in Italian hospitality, evoking a Mediterranean escape where guests can savor exceptional cuisine enveloped in the signature electric energy. The restaurant’s walls are adorned with mineral plaster, intricately carved wooden panels and accented with yellow Sienna marble that complements the custom furniture.

Spanning from Delano’s first floor to The Beach Club, guests can choose to be seated in three distinct areas: an indoor restaurant, poolside tables and beach cabanas. The signature Bellini Bar serves as the gateway from the property to the beach. Gigi Rigolatto also boasts a private dining room that can accommodate up to 16 guests.

The menu features dishes like arancini, linguini with lobster, beef carpaccio and veal scaloppini alla Milanese.

Gigi Rigolatto’s concept store is a destination in its own right, selling a carefully curated selection of clothing and accessories for women, men and children; homeware; and wellness products.

Mimi Kakushi

Mimi Kakushi, the acclaimed 1920s Osaka-inspired Japanese restaurant known for its blend of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, as well as its award-winning cocktail program, will be located on the fourth floor of the hotel, accessible exclusively to Delano Members Club and hotel guests. The space is layered with light, textures, contrasts and natural materials.

Mimi Kakushi’s menu fuses a taste of the East with the rhythm of the West, delivering playful twists on well-known Japanese classics, including a sushi counter. Mimi Kakushi’s cocktail offering intrigues, inspired by the life and work of Japanese silent film actor Sessue Hayakawa.

The auditory experience at Mimi Kakushi is deliberately crafted, highlighted by live performances.
