1. Plan a Stay — You can join the program in three different ways: When you check out of one of the hotels, when you book your stay, or by joining the program with no booking required.
2. Activate Your Account — If you joined the program during check-out, you will receive an email the following day to activate your account. If you joined while booking your stay or signed up without an upcoming stay, you will receive an email to activate your account.
