Fairmont Hanoi opens this month as the luxury brand’s first property in Vietnam. The hotel blends local heritage, modern design and curated art, offering 241 guestrooms; 38 Fairmont Gold rooms and 12 spacious suites; eight bars and restaurants; a wellness facility; and Hanoi’s largest pillarless ballroom.
“It is with immense pleasure that we welcome guests to Fairmont Hanoi, marking our inaugural property in Vietnam and unveiling a distinctive new destination for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Vietnam is a nation we have long admired for its profound creativity, remarkable resilience, and rich cultural heritage, a spirit which Fairmont Hanoi embodies in every meticulously crafted detail,” said Omer Acar, CEO, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. “From its world-class culinary and beverage offerings to the tranquility of its serene spa as well as each thoughtfully designed space, Fairmont Hanoi is conceived as a genuine gathering place – a vibrant social epicenter where celebrations naturally unfold, cherished memories are forged, and everyday moments are elevated into truly unforgettable experiences. This is more than a hotel; it is a captivating home within the city, where luxury, culture, and profound connection converge.”
Fairmont Hanoi rises in the heart of the Old Quarter, steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake.
Offering eight restaurants, bars and lounges, the hotel is set to become Hanoi’s burgeoning heart of the city’s social and dining scene.
At Tran Dynasty, Celebrity Chef Luke Nguyen presents a contemporary interpretation of Vietnam’s culinary heritage. Signature dishes include slow cooked beef steeped in date and spices, sea bass baked in clay, and phở trộn (mixed pho) reimagined with precision. At Hiryu, a relaxed yet polished dining experience inspired by Japanese brushwork and the symbolism of the dragon, each return brings a new experience: one evening at the sushi counter, another at the teppanyaki table or within a private room. Bacco, led by Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard, showcases authentic Mediterranean flavors from day through evening. An open kitchen commands the room. High above Hanoi, the Pool Terrace & Bar is envisioned as an elevated retreat. 10 Central Café, YY Bar and Fairmont Gold Lounge welcome guests with thoughtfully curated offerings.
The Cirua Spa, Fitness & Wellness Club is an urban retreat highlighting holistic well-being and offering a signature bathhouse with a range of hydrotherapy and thermal facilities; plunge pools, saunas, and steam rooms; 10 dedicated private treatment rooms; and a cutting-edge fitness studio.
Fairmont sets a new standard for elevated events, presenting versatile spaces meticulously designed for gatherings of every scale and significance. The expansive ballroom is a column-free venue.
Through April 2026, guests and members of ALL Accor can enjoy being among the first to experience Hanoi with the offer of VND 1,000,000 credit per night to indulge in eight restaurants and bars.
