Hotel

A new frontier of experiential entertainment is coming soon to Phoenix, Arizona, with long-anticipated Atari Hotels Phoenix. The first of its kind and of the brand, the hotel draws from the visual language of films like Tron and Blade Runner, spanning more than 90,000 square feet of experience-driven spaces.

Video game fans will recognize the name of the hotel from the classic video game console, and the hotel will make subtle references to classic games, many of which were played on Atari in the 1970s and 80s, such as Asteroids and Pong. There will also be details pointing to Nintendo’s Tetris, such as the building façade’s fractured patterns echoing pixel grids. The Atari logo will be re-envisioned on the exterior, stretching to the sky and transforming into a luminous symbol visible across the district.

Even the hotel room count harkens back to Atari’s founding in 1972; there’s 19 suites and 72 guestrooms. The Baller Suite penthouse is the largest accommodation in the hotel, complete with a private pool, spa and sun deck.

The hotel will include a 2,000-person concert and event center; an e-sports venue with a 10,000-square-foot sports book; and a wide range of immersive environments merging gaming, music and nightlife. The hotel will also boast several restaurants, retail spaces, and an oversized pool for parties and gatherings.

Unique to the hotel, fans, gamers and the community have the chance to own a piece of the hotel through a Regulation A Tier Two equity offering; a minimum investment of $500 grants access to exclusive experiences. Learn more about this opportunity here.

The hotel will begin construction in late 2026 in Downtown Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District.
