A 100-percent, gluten-free cruise hits the high seas in 2028, giving travelers with celiac disease and other dietary restrictions the chance to enjoy 11 onboard dining options worry-free. Celiac Cruises partnered with Oceania Cruises to launch a 12-night cruise across England, Ireland and Scotland onboard Oceania Vista.

In 2020, Celiac Cruises teamed up with Royal Caribbean to buy out an entire dining room on one of Royal Caribbean’s ships, allowing more than 500 passengers to try a fully gluten-free dining experience. Now, the brand will inaugurate the world’s first-ever gluten-free cruise across all spaces onboard an Oceania Cruises vessel.

Onboard dining options will include elegant continental cuisine at The Grand Dining Room, authentic Italian specialties at Toscana, classic steakhouse favorites at Polo Grill, Asian-inspired dishes at Red Ginger and refined French meals at Jacques. The ship will also be home to Aquamar’s Kitchen, a venue focused on wellness-focused cuisine; Terrace Café, serving international selections and live-cooking stations; Waves Grills, offering casual poolside plates; Baristas, a specialty coffee and pastry eatery; Afternoon Tea in Horizons; and Priveé, a private dining experience. Guests can also expect in-room dining options.

The cruise will depart May 31, 2028, from Southampton, United Kingdom, venturing to ancient castles, harbor towns, rugged islands and more. Stops include Cobh, Ireland; Dublin, Ireland; Liverpool, United Kingdom; Glasgow, Scotland; Belfast, Northern Ireland; Isle of Lewis, Scotland; Orkney Islands, Scotland; Scottish Highlands; and Edinburgh, Scotland.
