Hilton and Calm team up to help travelers get the much-needed rest they deserve with the help of Sweet Dreams at Waldorf Astoria New York, the first calm Sleep Story recorded in a hotel suite. This new collaboration includes fashion and lifestyle influencer Paige DeSorbo (you may know her from the hit Bravo show Summer House).
Recorded at the legendary Waldorf Astoria New York, DeSorbo guides listeners on a calm, sensory journey inspired by the hotel’s unique Art Deco interiors. The experience takes guests through a stay at the hotel, from arrival on Park Avenue to the coziness of bedtime under the crisp white Frette sheets. Guests are invited to slow down, breathe deeply and rediscover the meaning of unwinding.

“Sleep has always been my love language,” said Paige DeSorbo, founder of loungewear brand Daphne. “Recording at Waldorf Astoria New York felt like the ultimate girls’ night-in: robe, skyline, and complete calm. If this Calm Sleep Story encourages anyone to go to bed earlier, I’m all for it.”
Sweet Dreams at Waldorf Astoria New York is currently available on the Calm app and in room on Hilton’s streaming entertainment platform in select hotels.
According to Hilton’s global research, 2026 leisure travelers are motivated to travel to rest and recharge. This report was released alongside Hilton’s exclusive partnership with Calm to bring the app’s award-winning content, including Sleep Stories, mediations and soundscapes, directly into guestrooms with the hotel’s streaming entertainment platform.
