Hilton Launches Undergraduate Brand

If you’ve traveled to a college town in the last few years, chances are you’ve run across Graduate by Hilton, even if you’ve never stayed in one of the brand’s properties. Graduate by Hilton brings unique, destination-specific hotel experiences to popular college towns all across the country.

Now, Hilton expands upon the Graduate brand with the introduction of Undergraduate by Hilton. This upper-midscale take offers a flexible model designed with campus-town needs in mind. Think travelers visiting for university-based conferences or sporting events who want a balance of affordability and quality.

Hilton expects it can eventually open 400–500 Undergraduate properties, with the first planned to open in 2027.
