Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has a pretty unique program, and it’s gotten even better with an expansion. The brand’s Disappearing Bar Series is an exclusive, limited-edition pop-up concept transforming hidden or disused areas of Fairmont properties (like rooftops or laundry rooms) into intimate, immersive cocktail experiences for a few nights before vanishing.
Doors open quietly and close just as quickly, with each experience shaped by its setting.
Now, the series continues to grow after its latest pop-up in early May at Fairmont Singapore. At this hotel, guests enjoyed a two-night experience featuring a floating, one-of-a-kind venue designed in partnership with Belvedere Vodka. The space offered five signature cocktails from Belvedere’s Martini Collection.
“Fairmont hotels are renowned as dynamic social epicenters, where culture and community naturally converge. With our new ‘Disappearing Bars’ concept, we’re amplifying this tradition, offering guests immersive, time-limited experiences that redefine the unexpected within our hotels and resorts,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, chief brand officer, Raffles Fairmont.
The series debuted in fall 2025 at Fairmont Royal York and, looking ahead, will surface at a select number of Fairmont destinations throughout 2026 and beyond. The hint for the next destination in the Disappearing Bar series?
Find me where I’m full of drums but without any cymbals …
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will continue to share clues for the next destination in the coming weeks and months. Check for upcoming hints here.
