TAFER Hotels & Resorts recently announced its immersive on-site programming for fall 2025. The hospitality brand with luxury properties throughout Mexico brings guests on a cultural journey celebrating Mexico’s heritage. The event series includes Made in Mexico (September), Festival of Flavors (October) and Day of the Dead Festival (November).

Made in Mexico returns in September for its fourth year. The month-long celebration honors Mexican heritage through a variety of culinary, wellness and cultural offerings including special menus, cooking classes, Mayan healing rituals, family-friendly traditional games and more. Festival of Flavors returns for the second year in October. Guests enjoy elevated food and beverage events led by regional chefs and mixologists. Delight in culinary experiences unique to each property. Day of the Dead Festival takes place Nov. 1–2 at each resort. Sample traditional Día de Los Muertos fare and participate in hands-on themed activities.
Fall programming takes place at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta, Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta, Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun, Villa del Palmar Cancun, Hotel Mousai Cancun and Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos.
