Tramonto Tassoni
A tribute to Salò, a town on the western region of Lake Garda, this blend of citrus, orchard fruit and delicate bitterness captures the rosy sunsets that often paint the lake’s sky at the end of each day.
Luce di Limone
Inspired by Limone’s (a town on Lake Garda’s western bank) lemon groves, this cocktail captures the natural golden Mediterranean light with hints of citrus and white tea.
Oro di Riva
If a more sophisticated taste is your style, enjoy traces of mountain winds and lakeside tranquility in Riva with flavors of saffron, Garda olive oil and aromatic herbs.
Terra di Malcesine
Celebrating Malcesine’s renowned truffles, this cocktail reflects the rich and savory flavors of the town’s black truffle.

Il Rosso di Bardolino
Similar to mulled wine, this cocktail screams summer with blends of Bardolino’s signature red wine with touches of vibrant fruit and spice notes.
La Perla del Garda
Inspired by the timeless beauty of Sirmione, a water-surrounded, northern Italian town, this creamy, sparkling sorbet adds a twist to the classic Sgroppino cocktail with local basil, olive oil and citrus.
Il Rosa di Moniga
Showing gratitude toward the birthplace of Chiaretto rosé, this cocktail celebrates Lake Garda and its history of pink wine through layers of fruit and citrus.
This cocktail collection can be found at Rama’s Lounge Bar and La Terrazza.
