This autumn, The Warbler Hotel makes its debut in New Orleans, embodying the spirit of Old World New Orleans and welcoming locals and travelers alike. The boutique hotel will feature 58 accommodations, a martini bar and restaurant, and a poolside lounge.

The hotel takes over former Trolly Stop Café, contributing to the architectural rhythm of St. Charles Avenue. The hotel harkens back to the Jazz Age with bold geometric and fluid lines, rich and graphic interiors, and unbridled revelry.

The Warbler Hotel’s food and beverage program was developed in partnership with CureCo., an award-winning New Orleans group with James Beard Foundation and World’s 50 Best Bars awards to its name.

Mildred’s will be the beating heart of the hotel, spanning a martini bar and restaurant, while Upstairs allows guests to relax poolside.

“As a team of native New Orleanians, we see an opportunity to reimagine this corridor of St. Charles Avenue with a space that reflects the warmth and convivial spirit that defines New Orleans,” said Joe Mann, principal, Verdad, the real estate company behind the hotel’s development. “We’ve assembled a deep bench of partners, each with a personal connection to the city, as well as a few family members, to bring The Warbler to life.”
